Well, sorry Dorothy, but the Indianapolis Zoo just doesn’t have lions. The tiger and the brown bear are pretty cool though! We took these pictures a few years ago.

Handsome critters! I can’t recall the last time I visited a zoo. Maybe the Detroit Zoo many years ago.

It was a while back when we got these shots. It was cold and during their Christmas at the Zoo thing.

When we were in SD we drove through Bear Country and saw many bears up close, but with windows up and doors locked. Will have to post some of them. Also the great shots we got of buffalo from the car window.

We love seeing wildlife while on the road! We had a bison bull about 6 feet away from us in Yellowstone a few years back.

Nice place, I even had fun taking pictures at the Botanical Gardens next door to that Zoo.

we have about the same number of followers as each other, but you guys get far more comments than I do; I’m going to have to read THE RIOT ACT to my fan base; either that or stop banging on about statues 🙂
