We are back on the road now visiting family in Austin Texas. You know us, one of our first stops is one of our favorite attractions: a local winery. The Bent Oak Winery was delightful.

Just spent the weekend in Austin. Ate my way through the city…barbecue, Mexican, fried chicken. Didn’t lose any weight.

We’re still in Austin for another couple of weeks, and we’ll for sure make it a point to go see Brandon. Looked up the website, and the place looks great.

Been years since I was in Austin, but I spent a lot of time there in my younger days! I have also enjoyed some Texas wines over the years, but I am not familiar with Bent Oak.
