Having been to Texas only once, that is one place we do want to go back to. Your post about Riverwalk and the Alamo caught my husband’s attention for sure. We do like Georgia and Alabama, but I think Asheville NC is our favorite city. Once it is safe to travel again, we hope to broaden our horizons.

So thrilled to see you in my native state, Arizona that is. Not sure what my native state of mind is – it depends on the day. haha Tucson was home for five years. I miss the people, the hikes, and the critters. 🌵 🌞 💓 I am back in the valley now, which has its own beauty, but Tucson has maintained a rustic charm and a slower pace. Safe travels!

I did my graduate work at UofA in the early 70’s. Worked for the Soil Conservation Service and was paid to perform soil surveys mostly throughout Pima County.

Totally agree!! I took a very similar picture near the university when we were there. It’s a lovely place for sure. Your photo brought back wonderful memories of our stay there.
