It was a week ago that we first showed you our tomato seedlings. Here is a picture taken just now, on the 27th. The peppers, bottom, are also continuing to grow, but not as fast as the tomatoes. The tomatoes will probably need to be transplanted into a larger container very soon.
Keep up your safety protocols! Don’t slip up now, we’ve come too far…
They will be so tasty! ☺️

In France, which is where I really call home, we would say ‘chapeau’ to you. Those are going great guns. I’m a little behind you but beginning to get some traction on my own tomatoes. Nothing beats eating your own produce – enjoy them! 🍅

Thanks so much for the comment and the visit, and good luck with your tomatoes too! And you are correct: Your home grown fresh picked produce is the best!

My neighbor moved tomatoes and zucchini to his front yard and they’re doing fantastic!! I was hoping seeds from last years plants would spout on their own but no such luck.

Last year we had a volunteer pumpkin vine that did well. Thanks for the visit and the comment!

My mini pumpkin vine had lots of blossoms but, in the end, produced only 2 pumpkins. My loofah vine got crazy long but never flowered. I’m trying loofahs again but didn’t start them, and have problems with a skunk digging in the bed, so I think that will be another fail. But my green onions are quite happy!!
