All green on every surface

Note the plates under the boots mimicking a real plastic toy soldier.
This is a novel way to make a living, or at least provide a clever side hustle. We saw this fellow at a town festival where we had set up as vendors several years ago. He showed up at noon on Saturday (of the weekend festival) and just walked around. He did not say a word, but every so often would freeze in a position and hold it for several minutes, thus becoming a big “plastic” toy soldier. Kids loved it and followed him around all afternoon.
How innovative!!

The plates under his boots to mimic the toy base, that’s the detail that makes the whole illusion click, what a clever eye. Living statues are pure magic to kids; ours would stand and stare forever waiting for the next freeze. Town festivals turn up the best unexpected characters, which is half the reason we love wandering into them.

This fellow had a large troop of kids that followed him around the festival for most of the time he was on the scene. That was fun to watch as well! Thanks
