From experience, trust me, that cute bunny is gonna eat everything, from rudbeckias to dandelions to lettuces to thyme to hostas and morning glories leave, for Years! Everything I say! They are cute, but not if you like your flowers !! 🙂
Oh so true. We had them last year in the garden. Heck, we didn’t want any lettuce, did we? They also liked to clip the fresh planted free tree saplings we got from the Forest Service.
That little twitching nose is too cute!

The sandhill cranes paid me a visit today. I gave them some bird seed and they were very happy for that.

As long as he eats weeds, not garden stuff.

Well bunnies get hungry and they don’t know that you want them to leave the flowers and saplings alone!

Haha, this one was having such a good time munching away that he didn’t care that I was a mere 15 or so feet away! Thanks, Suzette.

They don’t get in our raised beds, but them sometimes enjoy the bird seed we leave out for our ground eaters like doves. We love all of them.

We’re actually going to use raised beds this season for the first time. We always put our ground seed as well. Thanks for sharing.

Too bad we don’t have an owl or hawk nest in a tree in our yard…
