Funny you should ask….Downtown Texarkana is in very very sad shape. Most downtown buildings are abandoned. Some reconstruction renovation is underway, but not much at all. There was street work underway around the courthouse that is split down the middle with half in Texas and half in Arkansas. No good picture chance. Thus the mural was captured. Thanks for the visit and good question!
