Oh, how lucky! I struggle to find pure unfiltered honey. So much of it is pasteurized and filtered that it isn’t raw honey anymore, just sugar.

St Joseph Center, North Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a nonprofit working educational and sustainable farm. Wonderful owners at the circa 1904 large former Catholic orphanage, 67 acres left of the original 800 +. We’ll have a full post as soon as we get to a location that will allow a good internet connection. 😉
