It could fly short distances and we think we heard mommy bird chirping like crazy for it. It is probably OK.

Oh, I thought it had made a nest in there …. they do that sometimes the in the weirdest places. One hardware store here had a blue tit nesting in their wastebin at the entrance. They put a big sign up that people shoudln’t use it.

We’re not sure how it ended up in the bucket. The bucket was on top of the closed lid trash container. We heard this commotion and first thought it might be a squirrel, then looked in… It half hopped and half flew to a close by tree where we think the nest might be.
