We wanted to make our own margaritas this evening, so I called our son who is a professional bartender. Here is the recipe he shared with us:
- 1 1/2 shots Blanco 1800 tequila
- 1/2 shot orange Triple Sec
- pour in margarita mix, stir
- add ice
- finish with a splash of orange juice
And yes this recipe was very tasty! We thought it was as good as some we’ve had in bars and restaurants.
Wasting away again in DYI margarita ville?

Actually, truth in what you say, tonight at least!

Sounds like fun. I should think about DYI margarita villing. I think Laurie made some fresh frozen margaritas Another weird, rough week. To top it off one of our staff members died of a heart attack this morning. She had been in ICU with renal failure and a callaspsed lung.

Damn, Tim. Sorry about the loss of your associate. Hope that things get better for you, Laurie and your firm.
