Went for a drive today. Here’s what we saw.
These fine feathered friends of ours were certainly enjoying their afternoon romping in the river. Hop on the ice, jump in the water, swim a bit, hop back on the ice, repeat, repeat again. Ducks have a fine life.
Awhile back Sher and I were traveling in Virginia and found our way to Chitoteague Island. There we saw this fine family out for a stroll. We thought this photo might bring a smile or two.
We were having lunch in Austin at the Hula Hut on Lake Austin. Before we were seated I looked over the deck and saw this duck. I think he might be some kind of cross-breed. I like ducks, thus this picture.
