Sher and I had been driving around Indianapolis looking for the festivities for the Indy 500 Mile Race, known around here as the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing”. We stopped at Olive Garden on the way home. Our meals were delicious.
Roadtirement 
Oh man, they have such gooood fooood! And, there is one about 1.3 miles east of me. Yum!

We sometimes meet relatives at an Olive Garden half way between our homes. Not only is their food excellent, but they let us stay as long as we want to visit. We do go at the end of a normal lunchtime and have never kept anyone from getting a table.

I don’t know if others have tried, but I’ve noticed when making spaghetti, a couple of cheeses and salad dressing (I’ve tried a few) make for excellent dinners.
